Co-Founder
Our founder, Dion, brings an exceptional blend of hands-on expertise and strategic acumen to every project. He spent years in cladding manufacturing and five years as a hands-on installer, giving him an unparalleled understanding of material performance and flawless fitting. Alongside his background in Construction Management, Dion also manages the firm's technology and is the company's IT guru. This unique, dual-focused leadership ensures projects benefit from deep material knowledge, excellent project completion, and streamlined operational technology.
Justino Azevedo
Co-founder
Justino brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to our team, backed by years of experience across diverse fields, including welding, facade construction, and alloy manufacturing.
Crucially, he has also managed and successfully completed projects for industry leaders such as Mad About Facades, Reds10, and TopHat Industries. His deep knowledge of both manufacturing and construction processes provides invaluable insight and a proven track record of delivery.
